ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
A Global Conversation on Board Leadership.
GWOB is a global board leadership programme born from a tri-partnership between LeadWomen (Malaysia), The Women on Boards Network (Kenya), and Paris Global Center. While the flagship programme traditionally runs as a comprehensive six-month learning journey, the 2026 conference distills that same distinctive approach, spanning contemporary boardroom conversations, practical masterclasses, and cross-continental networking, into one high-impact session. It stands on its own as an introduction to board leadership, while also serves as an introduction and pathway into the full GWOB Programme in 2027.
