Global Women on Boards (GWOB) is a global board leadership programme conceived via a tri-partnership synergy between LeadWomen (Malaysia), Women on Boards Network (Kenya) and Paris Global Center. 

While the flagship GWOB programme traditionally runs as a comprehensive six-month learning journey, the GWOB Virtual Conference 2026 is introduced as a highly curated, high-impact gateway to broaden access to the prestigious GWOB ecosystem.
